Last Wednesday, on the occasion of the tea party organized by its famous pastry chef Christophe Michalak, the Plaza Athenee was full of gourmets . All for the benefit of the association Vision du Monde, in partnership with the magazine Le Chef . This event having fifteen of the best pastry chefs round as Christophe Adam (Fauchon), Olivier Bajard and Arnaud Larher, they had created sweet and colored tidbits. This is the right time to discover in kiosk the 2011 top list best pastry chefs in the magazine supplement . Who is in it ? You will find among other, Christophe Adam and his contemporary sweets, Philippe Andrieu with his famous lychee-rose-raspberry Saint-Honore, Fabrice Gillotte elected best chocolate-maker/ confectioner in France and Antoine Santos, representative French pastry chef in Japan. Well, if you are fond of good food you will savour it !
