Akrame Benallal is somewhat the icon of a new generation of Chefs with artistic souls. Indeed, in his eponymous restaurant, named Akrame, he creates an inventive cuisine worthy of the greatest magic shows. Thus, the sorbet is flavored with saffron, butter is embellished with lime and tonka beans, and pigeons marinate in rose water. His brand new associations, inspired, and definitely moderns, make the Chef cuisine, one of the best surprises of this Fall 2011.

Open from Monday to Friday, from 12 am to 2 pm / from 7 pm to 11 pm.
Coup de coeur Menu : 4 dishes, €45.
Gourmand Menu : 6 dishes, €65.
