Atelier Maitre Albert: An audacious grill room

In the middle of the historic Paris, the grill room of the Atelier Maitre Albert reserves you many delicious surprises. Here, former and contemporary architectural styles get involved in an uncluttered decoration. Conceived by the famous chef Guy Savoy, three times awarded by the Michelin Guide for his eponymous restaurant, the Atelier Maitre Albert offers you a wonderful taste experience in a surprising place: while taking advantage of the warm, magnificent medieval fireplace, delight yourself of a cod a la plancha with wine, carefully selected by Guy Savoy’s sommeliers.

Open every day except on Saturday at noon and Sunday at noon, from 12 am till 2:30 pm, and from 6:30 pm till 11 pm. Exceptional opening till 1 am from Thursday till Saturday.
Menus from 23€ to 28€ at noon, 32€ in the evening.
