Bob Dylan exhibiting at Cité de la Musique• 2 May, 2012 • Catégorie: Culture, Parisian moments •
All generations have once heard about the iconic Bob Dylan or have at least listened to one of his mythic songs. Between 1961 and 1966, the artist composed 7 records that literally revolutionized the history of popular music and boosted him to another level, the one of great artists. Meanwhile, the incredible life of this mysterious man remains unknown. This is why Cité de la Musique is displaying a retrospective, incidentally, dedicated for the first time to a living artist. This way, we have the perfect occasion for learning about the first years of his career as well as his link with Paris. The exhibition is based mostly on pictures (over 60 of them) that Daniel Kramer took while following him for a year, portraying the artist’s evolution during this pivotal period. Not to miss under any circumstance.
