His loyal fans can enjoy fresh fruit and vegetables juices, harvested in our dears French orchards. About the decor, we are crazy about the colors reminding sweet beverages, that we savor non-stop, and what to say about the arty floor? It gives a contemporary look to the place and we love it! <strong>Chef Jon Irwin</strong>, who had worked with Pierre Gagnaire and for the <a href="http://news-e.hoosta.com/akrame-benallal-more-than-a-chef-an-artist/" target="_blank">Akrame</a>, takes charge the cuisine. We eat a fresh market cuisine renewed every week. During the afternoon, the place turns into a tea room for businessmen or a girls meeting, and we drink green tomato juices, the Alain Milliat&#8217;s best-seller.</p>

He just opened a contemporary bakery decorated in brown and caramel shades with oak furniture and a big blackboard hung on wall. Here, we find traditional breads, pastries and desserts. To taste: the Salted Butter Caramel Eclair, the Pistachio Madeleine, and the Bourbon Vanilla Mille-Feuilles. The perfect occasion to discover sweet talents of Cyril, helped by the Pastry chef Benoit Couvrand.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p> 	Lately, the editorial staff of <strong>Hoosta magazine</strong> has a crush so strong reading <a href="http://cadran-hotel-gourmand.com/l-hotel-du-cadran-rencontre-les-cocottes/?lang=en" target="_blank">the Cocottes interview</a> that we&#8217;ve decided to talk about them too! What does this mysterious name hides? Les Cocottes are just two girlfriends graphic designers, Andrea Wainer and Laetitia, who get the idea of recreate our culinary utensils and other tissues. Flouting our culinary French codes, they managed to draw young trendy Parisian and traditionalist grandmother attentions. We love their Toile de Jouy and Vichy patterns for whom they used butcher packaging substituting the hunting scenes by chicken. Elementary, since their mascot is a crazy chicken!</p>
