Upon your arrival, the striking and exotic landscape of the luxury nomadic camp, will amaze you. You’ll be enchanted by the interior decorations, camel leather armchairs in the library and dark wood furniture adorned with gilts in the 21 rooms (or rather tents). Besides, 14 rooms have a private sunroom, 6 rooms have their own private walled-in garden with a sunken pool. And the Royal Suite is the only one providing its own private spa.

Inspired by Indian baths the principal pool dominates the camp offering an exceptional view on the Thar desert. Although being a true haven of peace, the camp is packed of activities. The “Sun’s Stronghold” presents a clear and monumental architecture, largely inspired by the local villages on the west side of Rajasthan, with regard to the great earthen walls, the corners slightly rounded, the many alcoves and the large fireplaces. The 16 rooms are all inspired by Hindu mythology and they all have their own personality depending on the theme of the story they are on.
