Chardenoux once, Chardenoux always!

After Le Chardenoux in the 11th arrondissement with its cream molding and cloud fresco, Cyril Lignac takes over the institution of Saint-Germain-des-Prés “Chez Claude Sainlouis” and turns it into Le Chardenoux des Prés. The Chef made sure the original décor was preserved in order for the old-fashioned charm to live on in this gourmet stop Jean-Paul Belmondo, Alain Delon and Serge Gainsbourg were fond of. True to himself, Cyril Lignac suggests a menu between modernity and tradition with duck foie gras terrine, royal sea bream in carpaccio, monkfish curry baked casserole or South-East pork chop with sake sauce. A very Left Bank restaurant where the generosity of dishes mingles with the conviviality of the place.

Open every day from 12 to 3 pm, on weekends until 3.30 and in the evening from 7 to 11 pm.
