George, Greece

George Moschotis is from Athens. He and his family were going for vacation to Santorini island from 1995-2003. They loved this island and therefore decided to built a hotel in 2005. They decided to built it in a location away from the city buzz, and this location was on the Caldera cliffs of Akrotiri. Now George and his brother Konstantinos are managing Astarte Suites hotel. The name Astarte derives from goddess Astarte, and was connected with fertility, sexuality, and war. An ideal hotel name for such a secluded, and romantic hotel.
