Crudus: Italian cuisine without fuss

This Italian restaurant proves that food doesn’t necessarily mean luxury. Although located close to the ultra-chic Place Vendome, the restaurant bets on sobriety with its decoration as well as its dishes. Attention is primarily focused on the taste and quality. Crudus is one of the few Italian restaurants in the French capital to serve organic produce. The fried calamari with zucchini is juicy, the gnocchi with sage and Parmesan cheese is surprising, and the linguine with truffles are memorable. Excellence through simplicity.

Open everyday except on Saturday for lunch and on Sunday.
