Easter 2011: Cartoon chocolates at the Cadran
• 5 Apr, 2011 • Catégorie: Gourmet, Parisian moments •New year, new ideas. To celebrate Easter 2011, Christophe Roussel, pastry Chef at the chocolate bar of the Cadran Hotel drew his inspiration from the characters he grew up with to create completely crazy Easter hens and eggs! How could we resist the Minis Mousse, six little glazed or powdered eggs wearing white gloves such as Mickey Mouse, the Zorro-like masked egg and its chocolatey comb or the Kalimeroeuf and his sulky face? Kids and grown ups will certainly identify with these characters and their expressive and almost human eyes. If your children are science-fiction fans, offer them a film reference with the Dark Chicken hen, bearing a Dark Vader helmet, or with the Manga-Maniac, an egg from out of space with four ears and three eyes. Funny… and gourmet!
Dark Chicken: 22.50€ for 250 grammes.
Manga-Maniac: 18€ for 200 grammes.
Mini Mousse : 16.20€ for180 grammes.
L’Œuf masqué: 27€ for 300 grammes.
Ding Dog: 27€ for 300 grammes.
Kaliméroeuf: 18€ for 200 grammes.
The chocolate bar of the Cadran Hotel is open on Tuesdays from 2.30 to 7.30 pm, from Wednesday to Saturday from 10.30 am to 7.30 pm and on Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm.
