For its third edition, Foodstock is committed to the fight against hunger
• 8 Mar, 2010 • Catégorie: Paris what’s hot ? •On March 24th, the founder of Le Fooding will host the third edition of the Veillees Foodstock at Chalet des Iles, in Boulogne, near Paris. This evening honors Ireland and especially the Jameson whiskey! The young and very promising Irish Chef Donal Skehan reserves some nice bud surprises with the menu: seafood soup and smoked salmon as starter, salad of black pudding Roquefort sauce for the main dish, and coffee meringue, Jameson cream, chocolate sauce and toasted hazelnuts for dessert. The Jameson Whiskey will be the star of the evening, Donal Skehan will also cook the iconic cocktail called « Jameson driiiiiiiink! » with mint and ginger. To taste wrapped in a blanket, quietly installed in a deck around real campfires listening to Hugh Coltman, Pacovolume and Mina Tindle in live. Registrations to be done one day before the event on lefooding.com, besides all the profits will be donated to Action contre la faim. 400 to 500 guests are expected!
