“I’m talking about a time that those under 20 years-old may not know….” After the war, Boris Vian inaugurates two legendary jazz clubs, the Club St-Germain and Tabou. Two places frequented by themusical and literary intelligentsia germanopratine of the time. An period unknown by the young crowd, like sings Charles Aznavour. Since then, Tabou became the Café Laurent, jazz club in a charming hotel, the Hotel d’Aubusson.

4 star hotels, luxurious and cozy, the Hotel d’Aubusson is a place steeped in history, a history that began well before that of the hep cats of Saint Germain des Pres and boasts an architectural heritage of the most remarkable rue Dauphine. In some rooms, high ceilings with beams from the seventeenth century echo the canopy beds. At number 50, the rooms are of a certain delicacy, felted, ribbons, padded.
