With its virgin beaches stretching to infinity and its picturesque villages that wind among the pine forest, Arcachon is certainly the ideal destination for an unforgettable and romantic ballads in the shade of pine trees. Stretched between the Atlantic Ocean and the oyster city of Gujan-Mestras, Hotel La Guérinière is an oasis of freshness, a quiet, Baroque and inspired resort surfing on the wave of refined marine scented.

Upon entry, the nuances of natural pigments are asserted in a contemporary decor marked by a sense of clarity. The white walls meet the fawn sofas charged with exotic floral smells. Attention to detail is reflected in the zend and cozy rooms where  exquisite sand, plum and chocolate shades sashay. Some epic frescos from ancient China recall the owners’ Japanese favorites. A warm and gourmet atmosphere strongly marked by the combination of wenge wood furniture and brown caramel carpets.

The restaurant shines through its (Michelin) star in dishes that are not afraid to flirt with inventive compositions such as sushi of lobster and strawberry. Among these thousand flavors, we appreciate the shifted scenery where Burmese puppets stand and some lanterns on steel rods. At night, you contemplate the lunar games reflected by the pool in the comfort of chocolat leather seats and chocolate we love in the meridian of the bar to afford a last glass of champagne …
