Menu “The prelude of Christmas”: Foie gras au torchon, mango chutney and chili peppers statements Espelette, the caapon farmer roasted chestnuts, Brie de Meaux its winter mesclun and walnuts, Traditional Christmas chocolate home cake. Drinks not included.
