The Savoie gets ready to host next December an unique and vitamin hotel, with a revisited mountain spirit, with a flake of humor and three star colors. The goal? Waking French Alps up and stay in a fun winter sport scene. With the hotel Ormelune in Val d’Isere, 46 rooms with shades of tart you will see the mountain with cheerfulness and a good sense of humor.

What does Hotel Ormelune have more than others? Cows! The owners of this property (built 30 years ago in the heart of the mountain, not very happy at that time) wanted to turn it into a arty, cozy and fun place. The cows, drawn on the carpet by four contemporary artists are supposed to remind us of the green pastures of our mountains.

The famous JonOne the famous graffiti artist who has accepted the “cow mission” as he calls it. He took with him in the adventure three of his friends (Mark Newton, Psykoze and Alon) so that everyone realizes a cow with its very personal style. The result is surprising: cheerful, colorful, the Ormelune cows give a (cool) boost to the hotel situated at the foot of the slopes. Our favorite for the winter.
