L’Ardoise: creative cuisine and organic wines
• 23 Oct, 2009 • Catégorie: Restaurant •L’Ardoise lets you experience some greedy exceptional moments because of its chef who has worked in larger restaurants (La Tour d’Argent, La Maison du Danemark, The Louis XIII). The recipe? A cuisine both simple and chic as the ravioli of lobster, the crab cakes and mashed avocado, the scallops and herb butter, lamb filet, wrapped herb and potato gratin, the little pot of chocolate-mascarpone cream. The wines accompanying dishes are organic for most … naturally!

Open from Tuesday to Saturday from 12am to 2:30pm and from 6:30pm to 11pm. On Sunday, open for dinner only. 29€ for two courses or 34€ for the menu on the slate. Average price: 50€.
