Unavoidable in the gastronomic universe, Philippe Conticini has greatly contributed to awake our neophytes taste buds. For over 30 years, this great chef has gained his experience near the biggest names of the French gastronomy such as Alain Dutournier, Joël Robuchon, Pierre Gagnaire or else Lucien Peltier. He won the title of Chef Patissier de L’année given by the Gault-Millau in 1991, thanks to its restaurant the Table d’Anvers. After having work at Pétrossian, he has presented his first culinary TV show, in 2007. At the same time he wrote a dozen of books dedicated to greediness. In 2009, with Thierry Thessier, they has opened the Pâtisserie des Rêves.
