Which? The Park Hyatt in Tokyo.
Why? “This is indeed a very modern hotel, but with a magnificent design: The magnificent design of drawings, objects, flowers, lights, colors … everything is gorgeous in this hotel, as if a top class art director has verified on every detail on the design so that you can always find its harmony. I always ask to get off in this hotel when I go to Tokyo, and I will never get bored, because you can never get bored of luxury and magnificent design. ”

Which? The hotel de Russie in Rome.
Why? “This Latin hotel has a wonderful combination of classicism and modernity in a cozy atmosphere. ”

Frédérick Grasser Hermé (French writer)

Why? “This is a hotel where we do everything ourselves, and is totally environmental friendly. Here, they do not change the bed sheets every day, and that’s better for the environment. This service is no longer considered as luxury for me. I love its bio canteen, its beach (Hi Beach), which is just a few meters away. This self-service hotel has an ethics to which I agree completely. ”

Why? “Because it is a glamorous and bohemian hotel, for its chic Italian brasserie “Gemma, ” and because it is the prominent boutique hotel of all time. ”
