A simple and sober cuisine with raw luxury products to be enjoyed on site (in this peaceful corner of the rue de Seine) or at home. In sophisticated dishes, specialities from Mediterranean found by Chef José Da Rosa are featured, such as the famous pata negra, ham 100% Iberian Bellota and Iranian caviar. You peck at your fingertips tapas and famous pimandes, almond covered chili Espelette chocolate. A moment of delight in a setting designed by Jacques Garcia where proliferate a thousand and one culinary treasures. Pasta, macaroons, tea or wine: everything must go!
