The 100% organic brunch at the Hotel de Sers

This is through the gallery of portraits from the eighteenth and nineteenth century that one can access the lounge bar and restaurant of the Hotel de Sers. Former Queen Elizabeth Hotel, listed by Thibault Vidalenc and redesigned by his brother Thomas, the hotel is now one of the contemporary chic addresses of the capital. Ahead of these colleagues, the hotel offers for nearly a year, a 100% organic brunch by Chef Christopher Hay.

Buffet served in the patio with a large arbor, the brunch consists of traditional fruit juice, pastries and hot drinks. We like the special bread with figs, generous, scrambled eggs, sweet tooth, pancakes, crepes and other toast, delicious and the dessert sampler, too many to choose.

Lovers of freshness will be pleased to discover beets, broccoli, tomatoes and other vegetables cluster tasty. It was after a one-year experience in Los Angeles and Orlando, Christopher Hay wanted to return to France to discover the bio and lean cuisine. A natural way of life in the U.S. struggling to get to France, where people learn to love sprouts and seeds gradually. No doubt, with its products from Rungis and the best craftsmen in Paris, the Hotel de Sers may well win the palaces of Paris in search of authenticity.

Every Sunday from 11pm to 4pm. Adult: 40€. Child: 15€.
The restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday from 7pm to 10pm.
