The Art Deco celebrates Toulouse-Lautrec, the poster artist of the Belle Epoque

He tries for the first time this minor art in 1891 for the Moulin Rouge. 30 sumptuous posters will follow. The Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris has most of the posters of Toulouse-Lautec (26 out of 31). The exhibition features the look of 100 contemporary graphic artist and attempts to outline his portrait through his taste for women, for the spectacle and his sense of humor. A gratifying tribute.
