The Autumn Festival celebrates the arts in Paris
• 26 Oct, 2009 • Catégorie: Paris what’s hot ? •Art: here is a word that means everything and nothing. What is Art: film, music, dance, drama, design? It’s just all this at once. For this 38th edition (until December 19th), the Autumn Festival continues to celebrate contemporary art.
We keep in mind the enigmatic characters of Ugo Rondinone displayed at the basin of the Tuileries Garden, Carrousel du Louvre side. Representing each month of the year, they express the inevitable passage of time. The Cartier Foundation for Contemporary Art offers a theatrical film, and the Jeu de Paume offers a retrospective James Benning, who has made penetrating portraits of America, a symbol of American experimental cinema.
