• 15 Sep, 2009 • Catégorie: Culture

At your diaries, Paris gets in its statements on the occasion of European Heritage Days which take place on September 19th and 20th. For its fiftieth anniversary, the Ministry of Culture and Communication places this cultural meeting on the subject of a heritage accessible to all. The goal? To facilitate access for people unfamiliar to historical monuments.

The program of the European Heritage Days features: the backstage tour of the places of power such as the Palais de l’Elysee, the Senate, ministries and embassies, but also the discovery of secret collections housed in castles, museums and other prestigious homes of the capital. Among local attractions, amazing architecture and legendary buildings, visitors can enjoy entertainments of all kinds. Guided tours, concerts and theme tours will familiarize you with the specific heritage of each region.
