The Jamin: a chic restaurant
• 23 Dec, 2009 • Catégorie: Restaurant •I love this new restaurant located rue de Longchamp. With its entrance looking like the lobby of a boutique hotel, the restaurant Jamin is the new place where the cuisine is chic and refined. The decor is beautiful with contemporary works of art by Pierre Soulages, and other Egyptian. The cuisine is traditional, prepared by a former chef from Guy Savoy. To test: roast lamb and crispy fried oyster mushrooms and garlic, and the famous Paris-Brest. A delight.

Open from Monday to Saturday and during public holidays. Closed on Saturday and Sunday all day. From noon to 2:30 and from 7pm to 10:30.
Menu from 26€ to 33€. A la carte, 45€.
Valet service.

Address recommended by Shahé Kalaidjian, Sezz Hotel (Paris 16th arrondissement).
