Trendy restaurant + inventive cuisine = a fashionable address near the Champs Elysees. The Market is owned by the famous Parisian chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. “A fun and sexy restaurant with a spicy cuisine of the world”, he says. Not the perfect place for a romantic evening but perfect for all other occasions. The ambiance is rather « business » in the evening.

The chef Jean-Georges is the emblem of the restaurant. While travelling to Asia, Jean-Georges discovered the subtle and delicate Asian flavours. He travelled to places such as Thailand, Singapore or Hong-Kong.
