Thoumieux : to be trendy on the left bank
• 4 Dec, 2009 • Catégorie: Restaurant •The latest trendy place in Paris where people should take their taste buds on a trip can only be Thoumieux. Meet-up between Jean-Francois Piège, former chef of the restaurant Les Ambassadeurs at Hotel Crillon, and Thierry Costes, the Thoumieux has nearly been just a stardust… Seven months after its opening, the Art deco brasserie is now a major. It supports unique cuisine like the soufflé pizza and those slices of warm tuna, or those squids revisited in a carbonara way… You had to think about it.

It opens from 12am to 12pm. Service from 12am to 2:30pm, and from 7pm to 9:30pm.
Address recommended by Carole Blot, Cadran Hotel (Paris 7th arrondissement).
