Traditional cuisine in Paris

• 24 Oct, 2008 • Catégorie: Restaurant

If I have a few restaurants you recommend on the Left Bank, I suggest two fine restaurants that reflect perfectly French cuisine. First, «the Relais Louis XIII», it is an excellent gourmet restaurant which has received 2 stars in the Michelin Guide. The Chef Manuel Martinez works for a traditional cuisine in an atmosphere where there beauty and friendliness.

On a much simpler, but equally good, I love the restaurant «the Christine». It finds traditional cuisine in a casual chic style. The little more? The kitchen is open to the restaurant and it really modernize it. It is a feast for the eyes of curious gourmets like me!
